I am happy to report that everything went great with our courier needs. The couriers were prompt and on time every day. They even got here early a couple of days and waited patiently for us to get everything ready. We had one day that the lab told us they hadn’t received the samples and your call center was able to give us the exact time of the drop off.

I would say this was the smoothest part of the process I had to deal with while having to send these very critical samples to be run outside of the hospital.
